Refund policy

At Nuvox, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.


Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received. Proof of purchase required.


Non-returnable items: Opened software, digital downloads, and items marked final sale.


Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.


Exchanges: We replace items that are defective or damaged. Contact us at support@nuvox.com within 7 days of delivery.


Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
